LAUNCH WEEK means a barrage of press and social obligations for the Swimsuit models which, while exciting, can also get exhausting. This year, though, Bregje Heinen, Marloes Horst and Valerie van der Graaf (AKA the Dutch contingent) won the obligation lottery when we sentenced them to one hour of chocolate making with Fontainebleau's (equally lucky) pastry chef Jordi Panisello. Together they constructed something called the Melting Sphere which is CRAZY-looking, and nearly upstages the models. Nearly.
